 Our
professional staff members will develop a plan of care for
your needs using your admission information, doctor's orders,
what our staff finds when they visit you, and your wishes.
Your doctor will order your medicines and treatment and will
be informed of your care. If your health gets better or worse,
we will review your plan of care and make any needed changes
based on orders from your doctor. We will give you information
to help you understand your plan of care. If you do not
understand your plan of care, we will give your caregiver the
information so he/she can help you. You have the right to
refuse any medicine or treatment, but, if you do, we may need
a written statement from you stating that we are not
responsible for what may happen because you refuse care. Your
doctor can give you medical advice about what he/she believes
is best for you.
