HomeCare Services is commitment to ethical business behavior
as well as compliance with both the letter and the spirit of
ever-changing rules, regulations and laws. Today and going
forward, the company has and will formalized several of its
compliance initiatives in regards to the continued changes
evolving in home health care. The program serves to inform our
employees, clients, physicians, referral sources, and
contractors of compliance policies and procedures. It also
assists with resolving any compliance or ethical issues that
may arise.
The program includes
compliance training for all levels of staff and the Board of
Directors, contractors, clients, and other interested parties.
In addition, there is a system for auditing and monitoring for
key compliance risk areas to prevent errors. For reporting any

Code of Ethics
Ethical behavior is considered essential to the
effectiveness at Dimensional HomeCare Services. Employees are
provided with written guidelines for Compliance and Ethics,
and they are invited to contact the designated Compliance
Officer with any relevant ethical concerns or questions.
Meetings on Ethics are held to discuss and
resolve general as well as specific ethical issues with input
from the administrator, clinician, and legal counsel.
